I'm back, baby! I have two old and one new workout to add.

Light reps - 428 = 4.28
Medium reps - 168 = 3.36
Heavy reps - 64 = 2.56
Very heavy - 3 = 0.2

Current total BSPs: 64.28
 
Hey...does swimming count for this? I've been doing a few weights but trying to take it easy on my back, so they're all for core work, not muscle building. Been swimming 1500-2000m 4-5 days a week (about a 1/2 hr - 45 min of cardio).

Swimming goes in the MYB thread.

The idea is simple. Move your body. Get fitter.
It ain't a contest. It's about doing what you can do to get mobile.

Between the dates of March 1 and March 31, the challenge is to earn 50 Becker Points. Points can be earned in the following fashion:

1 mile (1.6 km) on foot = 1 Becker Point
4 miles (6.4 km) road cycling = 1 Becker Point
2 miles (3.2 km) mountain biking = 1 Becker Point
1 mile (1.6 km) swimming = 6 Becker Points

If you just do one thing, you'll need to hoof it 50 miles, or road bike 200 miles, or mountain bike 100 miles, or swim 8.3 miles. But you can combine items to build toward 50 Becker Points in any fashion you choose. Honor system in play.

The reward? You'll feel better, and you'll be participating with a group of supportive peers.
 
I did just 6 sets of squats, for less than a point :D

Light reps - 18 = 0.18
Medium reps - 34 = 0.68
Daily points = 0.86

Current total BSPs: 65.14
 
Egads. I need to do 29 over the next couple days to make it to 200 this month. That week off for spring break is probably gonna hurt today...
 
I did a de-load upper body workout on Friday:

Light reps - 120 = 1.2
Medium reps - 70 = 1.4

Current total BSPs: 67.74
 
I just returned from my weekly deadlift session and want to post it before doing a brief desert hike.

Light reps - 352 = 3.52
Medium reps - 47 = 0.94
Heavy reps - 3 = 0.12
Day's total = 4.58

Current total BSPs: 72.32

Tomorrow I lay it on the line, doing enough reps to reach 75 Becker Strength Points this month. I also have to do a goodly number of miles so I hit 50 in Move Your Butt. Achieving both milestones will feel so, so sweet :thumbup:
 
Figured if I couldn't hit my MYB challenge this month, I should at least hit my 100 points for the WaFC.. got 684 medium reps in this morning (new best).. I also wheelbarrow'ed and spread 2 yards of dirt Saturday.. I am freaking beat! 13.6 + 87.7 = 101.3 for the month..

Thanks Crimson for planting the seed in my head to hit 100 this month ;)


432 med reps this morning,.. 8.6 +79.1 = 87.7
 
257.5 BSP to date.

374 light reps for 3.74 BSP.
192 medium reps for 3.84 BSP.

7.58 BSP today.

265.08 BSP for this month's challenge.
