Maritime Forest Wetlands Hike

There is a lot of new construction going on now. Some of the island is inaccessible now. They are building new hotels and stuff. I tend to stay in the wilder areas, but there are bike trails all over the island. A bike trail goes right by the entrance to the maritime forest trail, but most folks never notice it. This is near the end of the trail, only about 75 yards from the main road.

This is my first post here so hey everybody! HornDog I frequent Jekyll Island and Savannah quite a bit. I live in Statesboro, i'm sure you know where that is. The weather sure is great today, i've been out in the woods all morning shooting Maybe i'll see you around some time or another.
