Hey bud thanks!

Well its literally just two of those "reciprocating saw blades" taped together and then ground down to be able to fit inside the holes i drill for the tang slot.
i use these blades (link below), and the dewalt ones if that helps you get a better visual.

And like i said... merely borrowed this idea from Scott McGhee

Awesome! i'm going to the states in a couple of weeks. Now i know where to get 'em!!
thanks!!

I love the step by step photos. Incredible work, I think I've seen mirrors that aren't as reflective as that shiny masterpiece.

Making a knife always reminds me of photographers making a print in the darkroom. It is a solitude and lonely process. There are so many processes that you can mess up, but you are always on your own. Never can be sure what the final product will be like. Just doing your best and hope for the best.

Thank you for sharing.

Wow!!! So much things to learn for me in this post!
Amazing craftsmanship!

The knife is in my hands. Mark delivered to me before I send it off to RogerP. I just finished shooting it over the weekend.

Young maker + skilled hands + talented eye + experienced patron = VERY desirable piece.

You will see. Soon.

We are at the end of the journey, gang.

First a look at the sheath - and isn't it just great to be able to get the complete package from one source?

I'll let the pictures to the talking as my ancient web browser won't open the text attachments

And thanks to Coop, we have a first rate look at the final product:

I am very stoked, to say the least, and really looking forward to having the knife in hand and sharing some feedback.

But I'm more than impressed to this point.

One final shot just to exemplify how a plan comes together - talk about making your vision real:

WOW! Im blown away with Coops photography. Even though i've seen hundreds of his photos, he was still able to far exceed my expectations. Thank you Roger for your patronage as well as for putting this WIP together. Im incredibly appreciative for all the kind comments and encouragement's throughout the entirety of this build.

For those interested, here is a quick video that I put together displaying the relative scale in my hands etc...

Impressive!

The Video puts everything in perspective for me! Great Knife, sheath and pro images!

The sheath looks like a Paul Long recipe!

Congrats Mr. Roger
