I do apologize for my tardiness in returning to give a RSVP. Sorry guys, but I'm not making this one. I've got a committment on the 14th, no getting out of it. I hope you guys enjoy the heck out of the day. Sounds like there's some great stuff planned.

I`ve got my knife list pared down to 8. My Folding Scout, the Linerlock, my Muscat, my Vic Camper, a new prototype, and 3 prize knives. :D
 
Hi Guys -

It would be great if you could make it, Sean - the whole survival kit idea was yours, so I would be a shame to have you miss the competition.

I have my rather spartan fishing kit completed - but I will have to excuse myself from that competition, as I have a good idea of what lure to use in my own lake!

yeah, I'm gonna disappoint in the $20 kit, just never had the time and forgot about it. I still think it is a great idea and will try to put one together sometime so I can throw it in my vehicle.

Looks like both me and Uncle Bill are in, if you'll still have us. I will be at Uncle Bill's (right by where the last Gathering was) around 6. Where am I heading exactly? (If you need to email me, I think both John and Andy have my email addy)
