May Weights and Fitness Challenge Thread

48.82 BSP to date.

210 light reps for 2.1 BSP.
20 medium reps for 0.4 BSP.

2.5 BSP for the day.

51.32 BSP to date.

Did a quick class/ Q&A on muscle ups, so I did a few pull ups, dips, and muscle ups, but I didn't count my reps.
 
Did a Krav Maga class for an hour today, which I thought I'd get more of a workout in, but it wasn't too bad, really. Skipped my workout for nothing :( Need to get in the gym extra tomorrow I guess. Gonna go play with my dumbbell now...
 
So far 350 medium reps and 300 light reps for 10 BSP today. Also 100 light reps for 1 more. 72 to date. Hopefully will add 4 more by the end of the night.
 
I did an upper-body workout on Friday.

Light - 276 = 2.76
Medium - 74 = 1.48
Heavy - 48 = 1.92

Current total BSPs: 19.44
 
I did a leg workout yesterday, featuring:

Light reps - 100 = 1.0
Medium reps - 57 = 1.14
Heavy reps - 6 = 0.24

Current total BSPs: 21.82
 
Kicked my butt today. Started out with an hour of Krav Maga, which I think I got at least 2 BSP in from, what with pushups, situps, and heavy bag combos.

Then did 400 medium reps for 8 more BSP, and 800 light reps for another 8. 18 total today, plus another 100 medium reps from yesterday brings me to 94 to date.
 
I did an upper-body workout tonight.

Light reps - 506 = 5.06
Medium reps - 84 = 1.68
Heavy reps - 7 = 0.28
