May Weights and Fitness Challenge Thread

Upper-body workout consisting of:

light - 46 = 0.46
medium = 133 = 2.66
heavy - 37 = 1.48

Current total BSPs: 36.75
 
I did a back/biceps/traps/abs workout today:

Light - 262 = 2.62
Medium - 71 = 1.42
Heavy - 27 = 1.08

Current total BSPs: 41.87
