May Weights and Fitness Challenge Thread

I did a brief chest workout and plan to do more lifting soon.

Light reps - 173 = 1.73
Medium reps - 15 = 0.3
Heavy - 9 = 0.36
Very heavy - 4 = 0.26
Day's total - 2.65

Current total BSPs: 44.52
 
And another chest/back workout... I'm sensing an unbalanced exercise trend :-P

Light - 178 = 1.78
Medium - 117 = 2.34
Heavy - 42 = 1.68

Current total BSPs: 50.32
 
I did a full-body workout last night:

light reps - 451 = 4.51
medium reps - 320 = 6.4

Current total BSPs: 61.23
 
Did a workout the other day at 3000 higher feet in elevation. Man, that was tough. 8 more BSP over my vacation, 135 to date.
