MBK EWC

They recently posted they had a few more available on Instagram and I jumped and ordered one. Really cool piece, I love the snap open / snap shut action.

With how compact it is, I'm considering pulling the pocket clip off and pocket carrying it. We'll see after I carry it for a bit.
 
I got one of the "second generation" ones that were released this month, and the detent ball does not touch the jimping. You can watch the ball stay perfectly still as you rotate the blade through it's travel; it comes right up to the very edge of blade, but never gets to the jimping (next time I have it apart, I'll try to remember to grab a picture of the detent ball "track"). It did have a lot of black gunk in it when I received it, enough to have some on the blade, so I took it apart and cleaned it almost immediately. It definitely needs (fully cured) blue loctite on the pivot if you're going to fidget with it. Overall, it's a great little knife.
 
I bought one in the last drop. It is a fantastic knife and is prefect for its intended use.

Does anyone else's EWC have a partially exposed detent when opened? Mine peeks out just beyond the scale on the "lock" side when open.
