Oh yes Blues your right any sharp 1/4" piece of steel most likely would split a pelvis but the subject on this thread is Medford knives. How nice of you to chime in again, I can tell your the life at every party with your witty uplifting comments. You also strike me as quite the hunter by your on line persona, I could tell by your sawzall comment. Why didn't I think about that, putting one of those in my pack instead of relying on my knife back in the bush. I like to test my equipment before deploying, sometimes surprises are a bad thing but I forgot your a flicky kind of guy.
Blues Bender I'm surprised you have much time to spend in the wild being so active on a forum and a social media guru. Lets see, you been a member on this forum since Feb 2014 with 6,373 post. At 365 days a year that would roughly put you at 6 post a day, everyday for the past 3 years! Holy shit do you ever leave the basement or do you just have really good data service in the boonies?
Insipid Moniker isn't far behind either. Just so we're straight, Insipid, I'm perfectly fine with people disagreeing with me. I like to hear about another's point of view for my own possible enlightenment. Never came across that I didn't. I'm not particularly fond of my posts be misconstrued. If you need clarification just ask. I only dish out to those that ask for another helping. The fact that I told Blues not to be a instigator is because every subject he's involved in he's instigating. The proof is in the writing boys in girls, just go back and read the many many various post.
Keep the focus on the subject fellas. Sounds like you have a lot of bundled up feelings inside that you just need to release and this forum is your out. Try getting a girlfriend, their good for emotional release and will listen to your problems but that would require eye to eye contact wouldn't it.
If I could reach across the computer screen and touch the tip of your nose with my finger and say BOOP! That might make you guys feel better wouldn't it.
Again back to the Medford, while cutting the 2X4 board you'd think that hot spots would be present by the design but I felt none. This is good, as to find out you have a screamin blister after making a shelter at camp could be a downer. Also that D2 blade touching up so easily is a huge plus while in the wild or at the work site. Does anyone else have any crazy cutting feats they've accomplished with their Medford?
