Isn't alox essentially aluminum? I've always wondered why they call it that.

I think it's a combination of embossed aluminum with an oxidized coating

My rotation schedule didn't assign me an all-metal knife this week, but this Boker Plus copper-handled Atlas has been in the bottom of my pocket since I got it last March. (I still haven't declared it as an official, literal EDC.)
