Photos Metal Monday - Post Your Metal TRADITIONAL Pics

Nifty. My maternal granmps was a carpenter. (he passed in 1966)
He had one of these. I don't know who made it.
He also had the wooden 36" version.
He kept them in his self made carpenter's tool box. I don't know who inherited it ... I just know it wasn't me or my two brothers.
Thanks. :)
On the farm where I grew up, we had several folding rulers of various sizes, some wood and some plastic. But none of them also had knife blades!
(I saw one at some kind of Marble's website this afternoon for $5.50, but I know nothing about that website.)

I ordered a bunch of budget/economy knives on December 1 and they finally arrived on December 23. I'm calling them all Christmas or birthday gifts. I'm quite sure this is the first time I'm posting a photo of this Marbles all-metal lambsfoot knife with a cap lifter built into the butt of the frame. Since I'm committed to naming all of my lambsfoot knives, I've decided (at least provisionally) on Lamb Lifter as its name of record.
