Recommendation? Mid-Tech to High End Folders - Pics and specs please.

- 1 point. Real Steel is made in CHINA. Quote from the OP, "NO China or Taiwan. I don't care how well they're made". :D
I didn’t realize that. Please forgive me for not having done more complete research. Since that’s of such importance to you that it causes you to put it in caps, I strongly suggest that you not buy anything made by Real Steel. Great use of the smirking smiley face, too!

You're forgiven. Don't get your panties in a wad. It was a failed attempt at humor on my part. YES, it IS of such importance to me that I put it in caps, yet I've still had recommendations for Chinese made knives. It's kinda simple really. It's MY post, and I was very clear up front that I wasn't interested in any Chinese knives and I didn't care how well they were made (that includes materials, designers, builders, factories, fit and finish, et al.) I don't care if they're made of unobtainium, with unicorn horn scales, and sprinkled with fairy dust. If you told me they actually came out with a real lightsaber in the price range I put in my post, and it was made in China, I still wouldn't buy it.
No worries, I won't buy any Real Steal knives (pun intended) so no suggestion needed, especially since I thought it was clear in my post that I don't want any Chinese knives.
Thank you for the compliment of my use of the smiley face. It was put there to remind you that I didn't want any CHINESE knife suggestions, and yet you felt the need to suggest a CHINESE knife.
I have time for one more question.
Oh okay. Yeah, yeah, I REALLY DON'T WANT ANY SUGGESTIONS OF CHINESE OR TAIWANESE KNIVES. EVER.

For the record, I was aware of your Chinese prohibition, but I wasn’t aware RS knives were made in China. Mea maxima culpa! This was my most catastrophic blunder in a long time.

I would suggest

Messerkönig Darkstalker
Or
Lionsteel tre

Cheers
Matt
I like the looks of the MD but it appears to be harder to find for sale than woolly mammoth hair.

Duly noted. Simple mistake. Carry on!
If this is the worst blunder in a long time, you're living your best life ( wish I could say that - :D). Enjoy!!!

Russian makers. Shirogorov, Cheburkov, CRK, Olamic, DED, MILK. Danish maker Jens Anso. His customs are more expensive than your stated range but are generally available retail. I just found a new one for sale.

Username check out? What does that mean? Those are my knives, I just provided pics that he wanted, most knives were named already. You can check, holt 668 and 419 are mine, so are others which are custom but he doesnt want the wait or lotteries, as for the OP, under 1k, shiro is the best flipper, Eustler and CRK are top thumstuds. He can get a great CRK bog inlay damascus

It means you have really nice knives worthy of your username?

Oh dude sorry, misread your post, I sincerely apologize, thank you very much.
Haha yeah your picture is like an ascending order wishlist, collection goals, etc. I was going to post something along those lines and then noticed “Grandmaster” and thought “yeah man.”

Ok bigsurbob. Funny. Real funny. But I’m only allowing it in my thread if they come in AUS-6.
Secretly put me on the 12 year waiting list anyway. My real name is Bobaloo Papadopolis.
