PS, I'm glad you got your sheath (after a year), and more imporantly, thank you for Serving. My issue with Mr. Sastre is not about the quality of his product - by all accounts he makes a good sheath.
My issue is with Mr. Sastre's lack of communication and the length of time he takes to make a sheath. Now I would have been a little more patient if Mr. Sastre had communicated with me in ANY way once he received my money and knife, or even communicated a realistic delivery time at the outset. I have tried to email him, contact him via internet discussion forums, and have tired his phone. By the way, his phone is on "announce only", so you can't even leave a message last time I checked. And frankly, I shouldn't have to call someone at 2am and "track him down".
I'm glad he's a nice guy - but that doesn't excuse his atrocious business practices. Maybe he should spend less time at blade shows and more time making the sheaths he's already taken money for.
