Missed out on an AH-1

I don't know about anyone else, but I love Blade Forums and Fixer is a tool.

I got my AH1 yesterday (thanks btw) and I want my 6 extra months too...doesn't hurt to ask, all he can say is no!!!

If you don't like that memberships done through paypal / money order / whatever don't get the $5 discount that the automated system offers, don't buy it. If you aren't happy, by all means, nobody is twisting your arm to be here or to support the site.

It's open to everyone who gets in on the AH-1 promotion, and until they are gone. Right now, we've got something like 20 left
 
I lurve BFCizzle, and fixer is a tool, and not that kind I like because I lurve tools too.
 
Also, I'm calling quits on the extension deal, I'm drunk and bored and it's killing my buzz to sit here and type this crap in. No more extensions after the guy above this post.

damn i guess i missed the extension. oh well i still love BFC and fixer is a tool!!!

i did get my AH1 today in the mail. so you guys should not worry about this, there was some time for SHOT that they did not mail them but all is a go now!!!

a padded mailer or cardboard CD mailer is 25¢ or less, probably signifiagnetly less in bulk. first class postage on that is probably 80¢ to $1
and "priority mail" on something you wait weeks to ship is just silly.
and first class mail is hardly the same as throwing it to a rock and throwing it in the general direction. after all, that will get there in the same truck that brings the priority mail.

i expect you're using the USPS mailer boxes because they're 'free" but end up costing each member who elects to take that route several dollars more. sure, it's not even enough to buy a happy meal, but it all adds up.

as far as your claim of "not overselling", i'm sorry, when you don't allow anyone who's not gold or higher to use PM, or sell in the exchange, that's a fairly strong selling point for the membership.

so, it seems to me you've either got poor math skills, poor problem solving skills or just don't give a shit when you're spending other people's money. :rolleyes:

like i said before, i was gonna buy the gold membership until i saw the extra charges. yeah, it's only a few bucks more, but i'm a cheap bastard. +4% for paypal is one thing, +20% is too beauceaup.

I'm so confused. If I don't like a movie.... I walk out. If I don't like a meal, I don't eat it. If my football team is losing... well then I just get more beer, I'm a Bills fan FFS.

Point being, if you don't like the terms of the deal, don't take it. If you want an AH-1 that bad, order one yourself. If he was screaming " FREE ARROWHEADS" and then telling you about all the fees later, that'd be one thing. But he's pretty up front about the whole thing, and it's all right there. I didn't feel like doing it all. Know what I did? I re-up'd my gold, didnt order the AH1, and didnt whine about it like a nancy.
