Moses on the Mount

the 20 is a little more pointed, a little thicker waisted, and a touch more belly than the 20.
(kinda like me now, compared to when I was 20.......)
 
I think I'm sticking with my 20 for now, it's better than the 4 and 9 and I don't see anything in the 29 that would make me consider it to be better than the 20. It's the ultimate camp knife, chop or slice it does it all, I can't imagine a minuscule difference in grind height will do much to improve what's already nearly perfect.

Plus I prefer a straight clip point to a curved clip point any day, so aesthetically the 20 is more pleasing too.
 
The BK29 looks interesting, I usually like a coffin handle on that blade shape but the Becker handle would be comfy.

Might have to trade a BK20 for one.
 
Mine arrived today. I like the look better, then the 20. It's more traditional American "bowie". I love it. Plan to strip it, and put Micarta scales on it.

Yeah, I don't think there's much difference in it and the 20, but this one does seem more Bowie-ish. To my eye a more aggressive look and just going from memory (which may be going), a slightly better balance, maybe??

Too me the sleeper was the snake charmer. When I saw it was included I had zero intention of keeping it. But once I got it in hand my mind changed completely. What a sweet little knife in a light, compact package.

Haha Jackal, I'm the same way, been fiddling with the Snake Charmer ever since I opened the package this afternoon. It's a cool little customer isn't it!

It really is. I've always hated knives with a finger hole. They just never work out. But this one fits me like a charm. I'm really enjoying it.
 
Way to go Guyon, you will like! You may even like the Snake Charmer like me and Jackal, I didn't even know it existed before I received my care package from Ka-bar!
