For this week's drawing (August 13) this is the prize. A block of Highly figured African Bubinga.

This wood has also been called African Rosewood. You may have seen it before in some of the deluxe model Lexus cars. Really hard and heavy with flashy figure that didn't show very well in the photo. Very very nice stuff.
