7/16 Drawing will be today at about 5 pm. I'll try not to forget again. Still time to enter the contest if you have gotten burl source wood lately.

This is a really, really nice piece of buckeye with my usual not so good photo.

I BELEIVE ITS WAY PAST 5 MARK WHO WAS THE LUCKY WINNER????

Well, I got busy and forgot again. Sorry everyone.

I figure everyone would not believe me when I posted the results so I got a witness. Lynn who fixes our machinery witnessed that the random number generator picked #44.

This week's winner is the same guy who always reminds me when I forget.

Congratulations BACustomKnives
I know it's kind of an ugly piece but you might be able to make it look good.

I think it is good karma, or something like that. I was amazed at the coincidence. I know Bill will turn this piece into a treasure for someone.

Now what do I pick out for next Friday? .....or Saturday.

This will be the prize for the 7/23 drawing. Some cool sycamore I found. Looks like spotted snakeskin to me.

This is the block for the 7/30 drawing. A piece of Australian Silver Needlewood.
It is hard, heavy wood that looks a lot nicer in person.

All the wood I've gotten from mark is great. The flaming redwood block I recently got was spectacular.
