"Streets of Fire" has an awesome balisong scene at the beginning. Well, not so awesome for the guy flipping it, but I love it anyway.

Payback has a quick balisong scene, shown in this preview. I believe a spyderco makes an appearance or two also.

Gangs of New York, the main antagonist has a penchant for all different kinds of old butchers knives. And there are knife fights, knife murders, knife throwing...

THe movie safe house with denzel washington in it has a scene with a 6 inch ti lite.
Shooter has a sog twitch xl scene in it
The Expendables has a Espada scene
Friday the 13th jason takes manhatton has a balisong scene
kick ass has a benchmade 42 scene
 
In The Mummy, Brenden Fraizer uses a balisong to remove a scarab beetle. The movie Collateral has a sebenza. :) I love movies. Don't have the clips sorry

The movie "Parker" has a lot of sst endura action. Jason satham sticks his hand through the blade, pretty cool.

Yes! !!! I watched that documentary when I was a kid, I have always wanted to know what it was called. YES! !!!!!! SO HAPPY NOW:)
 
There's a fairly short, but wicked knife fight scene in a Korean movie called The Man From Nowhere. The Raid(aka The Raid:Redemption) has a pretty amazing fight scene with the protaganist wielding a knife and a nightstick against a number of of attackers, before later fighting a gang of machete wielding thugs hand to hand.

One of my favorite knife movies has to be "The Hunted" Both Benicio and Tommy Lee demonstrate some nice Sayoc Kali skills. If they retained at least half of what they learned on set.....:eek:
