there's a famous fight with david carradine. They fight with big bowies, while they hold with their lips a long handkerchief wich connected them.

One of my favorite knife movies has to be "The Hunted" Both Benicio and Tommy Lee demonstrate some nice Sayoc Kali skills. If they retained at least half of what they learned on set.....

There's a fairly short, but wicked knife fight scene in a Korean movie called The Man From Nowhere. The Raid(aka The Raid:Redemption) has a pretty amazing fight scene with the protaganist wielding a knife and a nightstick against a number of of attackers, before later fighting a gang of machete wielding thugs hand to hand.
More of a documentary but I enjoyed this one...
