"Mr. Sandman, bring me a 2024 Forum Knife!"

Barlow has been done twice before so that ought to be left aside in favour of something not yet done and or with a blade that's not been seen so much.

Spear single has not been offered? How about EE single Spear on a 68 White Owl frame in wild Acrylic  My earlier suggestion of Drop-Point is worth considering as the 73 frame was an iconic starter for GEC.

Here's one, not Smooth Bone though and with an additional liner-lock, but you get the idea. About 3.75" closed.

I love it when GEC gives us a brand new pattern which debuts with the BF Tradtional knife. I propose a new coke bottle shaped pattern which is shaped exactly like the clip blade Pembertons. I’d like it to be 3.5 to 3.75 inches closed in size. I’d also like the action to mirror the orginal 06 Pembertons. We can always dream.

Maybe a fixed blade? I’d love a GEC H73 with an interesting material, maybe some of this richlite they’ve been on lately or some smooth dyed bone? Or, go outside GEC and get something from a different maker like Bark River or LT Wright?

At least we’ve narrowed it down for Spark.

Collating everything as a collective we want:

- a single blade with up to 3 additional blades
- a fixed blade which is also a folder
- carbon but also stainless
- a natural but also synthetic cover
- made by GEC but also not GEC
- small knife under 3” that’s also 4”+

We’re set 😂

I'll have to dig it out of a box, I just moved. But I'm pretty sure the old one I carried for years has a 72xxx stamp on the tang. It's not a locking blade. I purchased it used from a member 8-10 years ago. Was my favorite edc until the prices went out of sight. I just can't justify carrying such an expensive knife. Not with what I put them through.
OK, finally dug out the box, and you are correct, 8ts a 73. Guess I'll be in the market for another 73 ca7se I love this knife!
