I too am a big fan of the canoe pattern, but last year's knife fits that knife-niche very well. I just got mine out and (if I squint) it really looks a lot like a reverse canoe with a wharncliffe - quite a nice pattern actually.
In spite of the many knives I have, one of my most carried when I go camping or fishing is a Buck 110....the same old 110 I got at Walmart years ago for $17. I wouldn't mind a Blade Forums 110 or 112; Buck really makes a nice lockback!
If we go GEC again, I would love a 66 stockman with a punch. They (along with the 68) make such great edc knives. Heck, just a standard 68 with a clip and in ebony or smooth white bone would be awesome!
Regardless of who fabricates the knife, I hope we keep the tradition going; Spark did a great job last year.
