The end of the link has something like ?=hagsjs or such. Copy the part after the = sign and paste it in [ YOUTUBE] [/YOUTUBE ] without the spaces.

You can just use the whole link. A bit simpler.
And there's a video icon in the reply box. It's the one that looks like a filmstrip. Put the link in there.

You can do that too haha, but for some reason that hasn't been working for me so I have to go with that method
