Parabola is one of the best modern day songs to ever be played on the radio IMHO. And a big +1 to the vid in itself, love it.
 
Tools live show was "almost" as good It was surreal.

But in the taste of metal and weird. Check out Dir En Grey ....video is called Obscure. Not even going to post a link.... Too weird. Japanese metal.

I never thought I'd hear a Japanese band mentioned here. I like them most around Kisou to Withering to Death (including Obscure). Now they're a bit too heavy and noisy to me.
 
Since American Metal and Rock has gone to poo in the last few years. I had to search the World


Still Gunther and the Sunshine Girls tops my list.....though not metal

The drive in was Kings of Leon. Today went from a couple of Mark Knopfler discs to a few hours of the White Stripes then all the rest of the day was Led Zeppelin.

Drive home was classical.

Black Sabbath, Black Sabbath (this song terrifies my dog and she is now hiding under the bed)
Marilyn Manson, Tourniquet
ICP, Tilt-A-Whirl or Cherry Pie
