Must have knives?

To me this thread has missed THE most important knife every knife guy should own and that is a Randall Model 1,14,15, or 18. Not all, just one Randall of your choosing with the Model 1 being the easiest choice. There are in my opinion far to many knife nuts on this board that have totally missed the boat by not owning at least one Randall. Randall knives are almost magical in a sense that can't be described. Randalls have been in every hostile environment known to man and someday when we are engaged in combat on a far away planet or exploring a galaxy far far away you can bet some of those adventurers and warriors will be carrying a Randall.
 
Randall! I don't think of it, as it might not be useful in Japan at all. But I looked up online shops and found that they are quite expensive here (many are over $2,000). Out of my league. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
