Lock is late is not a warranty problem.
Lock is sticky is very normal with frame locks. Break it in.
If lock up was solid I personally don't see any problem with your knife.
It's broken in, you would think strider would leave some kind of comment like you did instead of just sending it back with no explanation. They also had my e mail and telephone number and received 2 emails over 2 weeks to reply too. No matter how you cut it poor customer service. I'm a small business owner and if I treated my customers the way they handled this situation I would have a lot of bad reviews. It is what it is.
Sorry for hijacking this thread, I'm glad all the others got good service from strider.
