My favorite traditional would be my GEC #66 Calf Roper. (3.5" stockman)
This knife lured me back into traditionals by showing me a different side of my hobby.
I get a different sensation when handling a slip joint. It's almost timeless.
I slowed down and wasn't concerned with how much damage my knife could do or how much wood it could process.
I also began whittling when i entered the traditional forum and it has become a passion for me.
And NOW I CAN'T STOP!
