Congratulations! Great to see the enthusiasm! GW is a great guy, not only for this but for other things he does for others on this forum, including a very nice gesture to to me.

The pocket sheath was the perfect touch. I hardly notice it once I drop it in my pocket. And I am glad you are nearly as excited as I am! lol. I intent to use it, I hope to post a ton of pictures, and how can I forget this amazing person?
Once money frees up a bit, I have actually been planning on going gold!

Glad to have you around, and take it from someone who has a CRK and Beckers. I carry both regularly and I use both just as frequently, they have their place among my other knives, but both seem to stand a bit taller.

Keep in mind the simple fact that everything that CRK pushes towards perfectionism through simplicity, Becker pushes as a straightforward user, getting the job done as a priority stance.

Two of my favorite companies, and you will see what I mean shortly.

I try to do what I can. This forum has done a lot for me, and I try my hardest to give back to the members. I hope to give back to the forum itself by going gold in the near future!
I think that the BK14 and the Sebenzas will make a great workforce, myself!

And I know...I love Beckers because they are affordable and useful. The Sebenza isn't nearly as affordable, so I may well be officially screwed now. lol.

She is more than pretty enough for me! Remember. Simple elegance is the way to go. Hope I didn't keep you up too late! I had to wait for them to wake up from night shift.

Well I'm off to see if a 90 year old that has a drinking and tobacco problem can be saved (???....90 and its only now become a problem) . BTW, if I make it to 90 and I'm able to drink a bit too much.....leave me the hell alone. Most people never make anywhere close to that age if it's a problem.

Couldn't they have waited until after 4:00 AM to call me in? :yawn: :grumpy:

Ridiculously sweet catch, Farahgo––that's an older regular model with an *S30V blade*, no longer available except second-hand. I'm beyond jealous! I have a large Seb in that handle pattern in the much older BG42, and newer large CF Seb and small CF Seb Insingo both with S35VN... but none with S30V. Most might disagree but IMHO the S30V blades were probably the best ones produced by CRK. Lucky dog!
 
Congratulations on that score man! I love it; and love your posts, I can tell you're a very grateful individual, and GW is a very generous man also. The sheath is awesome! Now go hide the credit card!! Ha hah. What an awesome Christmas gift!

Congrats on a great new knife. It makes me so happy when people "remember" the Regulars and give them the respect they truly deserve. Anyone heard of an Original...j/k :).
