My new contest.....

I was looking for the new thread also, I ran (ok jogged) two miles today. I didn't time it because I was afraid to see how long it took me.
 
Oh, I'm not that good yet. I went ahead and did the introductory week of the "couch to 5k" running program last week to see if my body would move. so I'mtrying to hit myself with week 2. but doulbed up on the 3 days I do it.

today I did 21 minutes of 90 seconds run, 90 seconds walk. then afternoon I did 18 minutes, but skipped the last walk part and kept jogging. (with warmups and cooldowns.)
 
He probably got hung up at work and wasn't able to post or he's chillin' at Dunkin Donuts shoveling donuts into his face. I'm sure J will be on soon and start the thread.
 
I'm in for sure.
I'm 5' 6" and I'm up to 170 now.
I've been on leave for 25 days and have done nothing but eat and drink!
I'm leaving in a week for the desert again, 6 months of sand should make me lose something!
I'll try to get pics before I leave.
 
I gotta get my current "before" picture. I have my old before picture, but I'm 60 or so pounds down from there already. I still have a good 25 or so to go, and a lot of muscle to put on. I can say that my starting weight for this was 194, and I'm 191 already.

Sorry guys I was out in the woods for an overnighter, and just got back a bit ago from a Jog. New thread is comin!!!
