This is an excellent idea and i am in for sure. i have been steadly gaining weight for about 2 years due to my lazyness and this last weekend i was in banff and practically crippled trying to walk up a few flights of stairs...
I feel like a complete idiot because about three years ago i decided to loose a bunch of weight and went from 270 pounds to 200 in 4 months! now i have hit an all time low of 290 pounds and am very disapointed about it. so enough is enough and i had decided to start working my ass off when i came back from holidays anyway. this will give me the needed ,motivational boost to help me lose weight.
Here is how i looked 2 years ago...
Here is me from 2 days ago. if you cant see it i weigh more that a deer on this animal scale thinger.
But my wife weights as much as a grizzly bear... Whaaaat?
And here is my main sourse of motivation
