My new ZDP Leek

Here is my new ZDP Leek! Pics from BF gallery. The grinds are way sharper than in regular Leeks, the Ti frame is slimmer and about the same weight as the thicker liner/G10 combination. I like the frame lock. This looks like a good base knife for customizing (e.g. fizz treatment, flaming etc.) Click on the thumbnails for NOT 56k FRIENDLY images.

WOW!! I told myself that I would not spend $200 for a leek, but the pics look great. Very nice knife, Too bad I'm saving my cheese for a Caly 3.

Edit.. Nevermind, just ordered one at a good price, could not resist, probably only one run.

Which can easily be removed with a T-6 torx. My buddy removed his over a year ago; it's his only knife and he's never had an accidental misfire.

I wear mine unlocked all the time, unless I am wearing it unclipped in pocket.

That blade looks sweet! I am so very tempted to get one...

Ritt, not reversible, but can be set up for tip up/tip down.

Yes!! My tracking number just arrived. I got one before GPKnives ran out. If you go on their site now you will not find the titanium/zdp Leek. Holy @#$@ they went fast!!

Never mind -- an email just came saying they're sold out too. It would have been nice of the SOB's to let me know 24 hours ago when they sent my "order confirmation".

Yeah, I called them yesterday, guy I talked to (obviously not a knife guy) called up the info on his computer and said, "wow, they sold out really fast". I don't know of any place that has them in stock, though I hear some distributors have yet to ship orders to retailers, or have orders en route. I hopped on a waiting list, just to be safe.
