My Snap-on dealer hooked me up with a new KAI knife

If I buy an $8k tool box I cant even use at my job he better give me a complete set of Dash knives

I think the $150 was secondary market price by a single seller on eBay. OP mentioned earlier in the thread that it was listed in the Snap-On catalog for $129, which is most likely full MSRP. I don't know how much the dealers discount further from there (OP indicated his Snap-On dealer was selling for less than the listed price).

That grip/blade angle looks comfortable for the times you have a lot of stuff to cut. The 14C steel is great and Kershaw/Kai has it down to an art form. It can take mirror polishes but also does fine with a little bite to it. The blade shape would make for easy sharpening for us old timers that still use flat stones.

A very well designed, engineered knife that I'm sure has Kai/Kershaws excellent build quality. It's almost a shame that it's only being release as a Snap On brand currently.

Added pictures to the original post. Seems like it can be de-assisted. I've never tried it before. Maybe I'll try it with this one.

Most Snap-On knives I have seen are significantly more expensive than their regular Kai counterparts.

I looked into buying one the Snap-On Carbon Fiber Blurs (with 14c28n, this was before the CPM154 run) and they were $120-$140?

Got myself two of them today. Bought a Red Dash and bought one of the Brownings in black. Kinda mention if he gets them slowly, I might take 1 of each color, gotta love paying $30 a week

Nice. I liked the shape of the blade on the Browning, but didn't like the handle. I might get the other colors of the Dash though.
