What kinda grinder did you get?

Craftsman 2x42 belt/disc. Been sitting in the box for 3 weeks. I've been contemplating returning it due to some financial considerations, but I really wanna keep it and use it. Just have to "make time" and do it, so no better time than today, right? Also wanting to figure out a way to slow down my bandsaw, so I can put a metal cutting blade on it. Shouldn't be outrageously difficult as it's already a two-speed belt drive, but that's going to take a lot longer to do. Gotta make sure there's room to replace the pulleys and the belt, or put some sort of reducer/idler underneath.

Yeah I am doing the myfitnesspal thing the bad part is logging the calories is cutting into my drinking ;)

That's the hardest part of all of it to me. Beer. There's a sandwich in every bottle.

I even tried Bud Select 55 a couple of years ago, and I think we all remember how that turned out.

Made me curious, so I weighed myself. 275. Actually lost 5 lbs somehow. I was 286 at one time, so I guess better. I need to lose another 50. When I was 225, it was the best shape I'd ever been in.

Dont lose weight, you will only end up finding it at some point. Gain health instead ...lol I read somewhere that the expression losing weight or lose weight is part of why people have trouble doing it, because nobody wants to lose something.

indeed. think of it as making more efficient use of beer.

Wolves are cool:

Psyop, good job on getting the weight off. It's really hard to do. I'm getting back into playing racquetball. Day one (HOLY HELL!) more sore than if I had tried to ride an angry bull! However it's a good sore.

Dubz that video is awesome! Wolves are just amazing. It's one of the few animals I'd actually consider getting as a pet (as a pup of course).

I actually HATE the way 5 guys does their bacon. They pre-cook it and leave it to get cold in a container by the assembly station. Plus it's overcooked, and too thin!

hahahah just showed my wife and shes laughing... too funny man!!

I want to see this guy have a food network show, for real....lol

I think there may be a legal battle brewing though. Pretty sure Tradewater owns the rights to Damn, as a descriptive.

Been messing around with a feature in GIMP, called inpainting. What it does, is remove unwanted objects from a photo. You highlight the area you want removed, and the script's advanced algorithm's detect the surrounding areas, to use as the fill. Here's an example I did yesterday. Crappy shot we took of the Sears Tower in Chicago. I highlighted the tower, to remove it. Of course, the script wouldn't know what was behind the tower, so it used other buildings, lights, etc, in the surrounding areas for the fill. Cool script.
