My opinions on features...
I like the name mentioned "Yeti".
I like the pommell as pictured above.
No cho.
No karda or chakma.
Handle scales either micarta or hardwood.

I sorta like Yeti. It seems to fit. I also like the H.I.Bolo, but the blade's a bit short for a real bolo.
Uncle Bill says it's up to Greg to name it and I agree even though there's some great suggestions.
And since I have the AK Bowie I will pass on this one.

Whatever it ends up being called, I want one, accessory knives or not. However, if this one ends up a reality, you can take me off the list for one of Yvsa's bowies--I just like this design better.
 
Uncle Bill, the model went out yesterday, you should see it tomorrow or Monday. I put some additional notes in with it.

For this knife and its planned use I don't feel the karda and chakma are necessary, and that seems to be the larger opinion at this time.

As for a name, I don't have a real preference but as I mention in my note, "specials" of one type or another seem to be popular. I would like to throw out the "KKS" or Kenpo Khukuri Special to the group as a possibility. This is in keeping with both the khukuri and martial arts roots of this design.

Tell me what you all think, if the majority is for something else that's fine too.
