I want to sincerely thank everyone for their suggestions. Alot of awesome knives and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Great forum and great people. I'll definitely stick around.

Thankx again everyone!

P.S. I'll definitely be referencing this thread in the future for my own collection.

Yeah. And I say that as someone from SW MO who has done more than a share of farm work (as per your earlier post). ;)

Ditto! (I grew up outside of Springfield 😁) I love my my K2s and currently have a Farid FMP being built by the man himself!

When they pop up, LG knives are fantastic, about half your budget.View attachment 2867940

Yup. It's not about a price tag - it's about design. The VECP for me is one of those folders that will never leave my pocket for long - for all the reasons that matter to me. The price has nothing to do with it. It's one of the very, very few folders in my collection that I consider a companion...something more than just a great folder.

A2 knives A11 was and is one of the most shocking knives I’ve purchased in a while. I already spent way way more than I planned at last years Bladeshow and then walked past A2 knives table and couldn’t believe the quality and action. Meeting and talking with Andre was pretty cool too. Possibly the smoothest in the collection and the lines are distinctly different than most other knives. Zirc Pivot and Clip… so well done.

These are available right now online.

Wasn't able to find one in stock that worked for me.
I'll definitely add it to my long loooong list for my personal collection

Name a few, model and spec specific.
