I'll keep praying for your dad and your family, John. He sounds like a tough old bird.

I never know what to say in these situations, I lost my father when I was 16 and these things choke me up. Hold your faith and my thoughts are with you.

There's been no change in his condition. They're putting in a feeding tube directly into his stomach & a few other things.I'm waiting for them to finish up.

Thank you all for your support.

Continued smoke for him and all of your family.

Thanks all:thumbup:

Good news.Tomorrow they're going to be removing the brain pressure monitor bolt in his head. They said the swelling has gone down enough that he doesn't need it anymore. They also said they are going to try & wake him up tomorrow too.
I was going to go back to work tomorrow, but I have to be there if they're going to try & wake him.I want to be there when/if he wakes up.So I called out again. It's a good thing my employers are cool. They said 'take all the time you need'.
I'm trying to stay positive, but I don't want to get my hopes up too much.Brain injuries are so iffy. You never know how bad they'll be until they wake up.

Me & my family can't even begin to express how appreciative we are for all your support. Thanks to each & every one of you from the bottom of our hearts.:)

Smoke and prayers sent from Maryland, bro.....I hope your dad pulls through with no long lasting effects from the accident. Keep you head up man.
