Need to lose some weight....who's with me?

Okay............I'm reviving this thread.
I was doing well and fell off the wagon.
The last time I posted (post-Blade Show) 6/30 I was at 245 lbs.
Yesterday 12/29 my Monday weigh-in.............262 lbs.

Not going to wait until new year.......back at it :thumbup:
 
I'm 5'7 and used to be 256ibs , currently 180 . I stumbled into a Youtuber that made hilarious videos , got talking to him and found out that he used to be overweight when he was my age told me what he did to lose weight , he's currently an MMA fighter, All I did was start running every night, changed up my diet, and lifted somewhat. Started back in July of 2014
 
Got weighed friday at the VA before surgery, 227! Was down from 240 to 204, but let my diet slip. Back to the diet! I've placed my scale in the entrance to my kitchen to try and remind me...
 
I enjoy working out, its a stress reliever and a motivator for summer at the lake on the boat with bikinis all around! Diet is the most important part..... BY FAR! I know its hard and more expensive but once your body gets used to a regular healthy diet, you wont want junk food, sweets or fatty food near as much. Im 6'00 and 195, about 9-11% body fat and i dont do much "traditional" cardio. I keep my workouts going, lots and lots of reps, supersets and heavy weight. Everyone can start somewhere regardless of their physical abilities and it starts on your plate. My 2cents
 
Well I put on a few pounds in the last few months. So I started working out again on Monday. Nothing drastic just some light weight lifting and some crunches. With it being so cold lately I find it helps my mood since I am stuck in the house most of the time.
 
So I thought I could share this among friends I've gained a few pounds I was not happy with. Well this was mid January as you can see It wasn't too happy and with this new year Is felt like I needed to get back on the horse. Let's stay healthy my fellow Hogs and Hoggettes share your progress

Today... still pushing hard but work has been rough and eating good has not been easy

I'd like to join. The past three or so years have been rough. A bit (big bit) of my muscle turned to fat.


I'm at around 245 now. I'd like to be around 200-220
 
I started watching my weight again about 3 weeks ago. When I weighed in around the first of Feb. I was 206. I'm down to 197 as of last Saturday. Hope to get down to 180.

I never did make it to my goal weight when this thread started last year, let's see if I can make it this time.

I started at 206, weighed in yesterday and I'm at 193. Lost 13 lbs so far. Average of about 2 lbs a week. A few years ago I could lose 5 lbs a week easy. I guess I can live with the 2 lbs a week but getting older sucks ;)
