As a lefty I was hesitant about getting one. However, after using it for a while I now believe that it works better in the left hand because: (1) it requires less manipulation to close using left thumb to depress the lock, (2) it's a better grip than the two finger pinch required in the right hand, and (3) it eliminates the skin pinch from the lock when openning in the right hand.
In my opinion the negatives are (1) low blade/handle ratio and (2) larger size. For the same blade size I usually prefer the Stretch which has an 11mm/0.4" shorter handle.
