New 14 run

Prefer the single blade over the two blade version by quite a margin. My top five in order of preference:

1. Ebony TC
2. Smooth white bone TC
3. Green bone boot shield
4. Red sawcut bone no shield
5. (tie) Oily bone old man shield / Yellow bone diamond shield

Sleeper: Antique amber jigged bone feels really nice in hand.

That's an amazing family photo. Great bunch of #14s.

quite the haul!!

I love all the 14s that I was fortunate to acquire, but the TC#14 in Gabon Ebony is my absolute favorite. Mr. Compagna saying in regards to choosing between black and white is that “there are good and bad guys who wear black, etc.,” resonated, triggering the memory of my all time favorite cowboy hero, Hoppalong Cassidy. This, and that I find the Gabon Ebony is positively stellar.

John I think the photo is goofed I see multiple TCs and other really nice ones...it would look better if some of those were in my collection :)
Seriously though wow! Great lineup my friend you did really well on this run :thumbsup::thumbsup:

I'm really liking those micarta CCs.
If I was so inclined to pick up one more, I think it would have been that one.
There is still one more coming that may change your mind :) It is odd to me, yet I guess might make some sense from a business perspective, that they would have gone through the entire 99 run, most of the 85's and well into the 82's...before the last cover from the 14's is released. With zero production photos no less. It would be interesting to know if there was a problem with the ironwood or some other weird reason.
