I've pretty much come to the conclusion that antique yellow is best served up in sawcut. But even this batch turned out dark brown.Antique Yellow is GEC code for "mostly brown".![]()
"Good 'Ol Brown" just doesn't sound as sexy as "Antique Yellow".I've pretty much come to the conclusion that antique yellow is best served up in sawcut. But even this batch turned out dark brown.
Very disapointed to see that all Dead Skunk 14s have gone in less than one day...![]()
Same here.I actually ordered 2 and I was probably one of the first to pounce since i ordered at 2:58pm, they've been sending out partial refunds since last night, so some of us got cut down to just one.

Did they provide an explanation with the partial refund? I only bought one but I'm curious what happened.
Math is hard."miscounted"
100 if I'm not mistaken.Does anyone know how many are in each SFO. I know that standard SFO's are now 500 but what about this run, is every one of these 14 runs up to 500 as well?
I like the size of the spear shield on the black canvas micarta SFO. It looks like they've been added to the dealer's site, but aren't available to purchase yet.
I just learned that they don't ship to Canada, which is a bummer. It was the one I was eyeing to pick up. I hope I'll get the chance eventually.
I don’t see them on the dealer’s site anywhere. This one is gpknives.com, right?I like the size of the spear shield on the black canvas micarta SFO. It looks like they've been added to the dealer's site, but aren't available to purchase yet.
Thanks, I had the same thought as you and I did just send them a message. Even if they can't accommodate, I figure it's good for them to know that they might be losing a slight bit of business from that policy.Have you spoken to someone at GPK about Canada shipping? I read on their website that they don't ship folding knives over the border due to the frequent confiscation of "flick" knives. I can't imagine the GEC 14 falling under that category but you never know.
You might consider shooting them a message about it if you haven't already. It's possible that they will gladly ship the 14 over the border.
They have a video up so they've got them in hand. Look for them under "Brands" then GEC then #14's.I don’t see them on the dealer’s site anywhere. This one is gpknives.com, right?

100 if I'm not mistaken.
GEC offered dealers a choice of 100 or 500; most sfo 14's are 100 pc. runs except for the larger dealers like SMKW.
