Howdy Bob.Have my eye on an Alpha Scout, once they are not on back order I think I’ll grab one. Was either that or a custom 113.
I just saw one out in the fishing hole so more must be coming soon.Could anyone help me get 532 2023, please? Pretty please…

O.B.
Limited to 2023. Not numberedThanks! It is always nice to add another 532 to collection, but IMO $350 looks too much for the one with just micarta scales. No exotic material, bone/horn/wood, no classic design with metal part on lover side of the handle.
Is it limited run, individually numbered?

Yup. I just put in my first order of the new stuff.Buck website just made the Alpha's available for purchase:
It looks like they updated the New section as well with Saunters, etc...
They should also come with something that holds all four, at least for storage, in my opinion. It would be nice if the paklites came with both sets of scales, so you only had to choose between steel.
They had a pouch for the old set. Im sure they will roll out at some point. They should also come with something that holds all four, at least for storage, in my opinion.
And the cost difference between the Pro and Select is astounding. I didn't get them on this round.
Send it back. Probably has 'billboard lettering' announcing special edition.I've got my 532 "2023 LE" from KnifeCenter.
Being long-time 532s collector, I say that model is the first 532 I DO NOT LIKE. New packaging, sheath, sock are fine, but the knife itself is not... New style firework looks chip, pressed/smashed not cut. Worst part is the blade, it is thin, narrow, it is loosing round belly but has more round top line. On my version, cutting edge is not even straight but a little inside-curved. What is good on 104 Compadre, it doesn't looks good on small blade. Why changing epic, classic knife design for? Only micarta, not something fancy like carbon fiber - and costs me $385 with tax. Bolster polishing is not very best, too, there is a dark round spot on one side over the yellow bronze.
Unhappy.
Everything above is IMO
