My 532 came in yesterday. I'll be the first to admit that I can be very critical of Buck knives over $150 if I don't feel like the value is there. For the price I paid (I did get the BCCI discount), I am very pleased with this knife. Fit and finish is great. Sharp edge, great primary grind. The Micarta was well finished with no burning anywhere. The file work is really nicely done. I'm actually pretty impressed with that aspect of it. The copper has a wonderful finish. Mine had the start of a patina in a small spot on the bolster, but that's just the name of the game when it comes to copper. I was honestly kind of pleased when I saw the smudge because I knew it meant they used raw copper, with no coating.
Some minor nitpicks. I don't like the "Limited Edition" branding on the 2022/2023 Legacy knives. At all. It just looks kind of tacky to me.
I wish they would have stamped the tangs, rather than etching them. It's just 154CM so I'm not sure why they didn't...
That's all I've got. Super great knife!
