Wasn't expecting this till tomorrow, glad I stopped by the post office. The G10 feels a lot grippier than I'm used to, can't wait to put it to work.

Just delicious!
Mine is... love the grippy texture. It's excellent. That G10 everybody is posting sure looks nice . Are they all coming micro textured ?
The only ones I've seen so far are in G10, provided as a solution to those who said the previous G10 was slippery when wet.Is there micro texturing on the canvas slabs or just g10? How about linen ones?
Two words: Custom colors!!One things for sure, all of these color options are badass!
Congrats to everyone that received their 4.7's!
For some damn reason, I'm still hoping the bright blue and OD green g10's become an option down the road. Navy blue would be awesome too!

My 4.7 (CPM3V) arrived today as well from my March 2015 order. I'm pretty happy with the scales, may end up getting some without the ferro notch but aside from that the micro texture and palm swells on the scales are a nice feature. My 5.0 is still my boo, but this 4.7 has been with me since I got home today. SURVIVE! makes a very nice product and I'm glad I got in on the starters. Now, pics or it didn't happen...
I intentionally took these photos in the shade to get a good representation of the scale color. This is the first SURVIVE! Knives product I've opted for G10 scales on out of fear of grip slippage. With the new texture I'm not sure that is a concern any longer. I could be wrong as its really early for me and this 4.7, but initial impressions are 4 stars, an A+, and I'd gladly buy the SURVIVE! team a beer or 4.
