You're welcome! I've been liking the new blades Mr. Russell is putting out lately. This one and the single blade sowbelly in yellow really look great. I'm going to have to wait on the wood ones for a few months.

i recieved my knife yesterday........it is smaller than it appeared in the video ( it is a little smaller than a sodbuster jr.).... it is a well made knife and worth the $40 plus dollars that i paid for it.... i just wish it would have had some brass on it.......i was thinking about buying another one, but without the brass, i'll have to pass. I am going to look further in the AG RUSSELL line for something similiar with some brass on it..

Sorry, Fu,

I cannot think that I will be using brass or nickel silver when I can get first class stainless steel. harder to work but worth the trouble and extra cost.

If you had watched the video, you would have known that the knife is all stainless as it says so clearly.

After using a few folding knives that are all stainless, I have become quite used to it. Although I have a modest collection of knives, I am not a knife collector. I like to use them, and that gives me more pleasure than collecting. With that in mind I prize utility value in a knife as much as any other feature. The ability to clean up a knife with mild solvents to get off adhesives, caulks, oil based waterproofing compounds with no problems is great.

When I used to use my CASE knives for this work, cleaning with different solvents would turn the brass liners green, and discolor the bolsters. No problems in the last 10 years with my all stainless knives. If you think of this offering from AGR as a classy workingman's knife bound for the job or job site, you might be pretty pleased with that stainless.

I figure when I get mine in "Rucarta" that knife should be just about bullet proof.

The quality on these knives is first rate! I just ordered a Rancher to add to the pack.

Very nice looking knives! Thank you Mr Russell for including a lanyard hole on this knife and many of your other designs as well.

I really like thong holes, but while I love the great hollow grind on that blade (it makes opening the blade with one hand so easy.) and the fit and finish is really great, I should not have put that thong hole in place. I crowded the handle with so much blade that there was not really room for the hole at the end and I put it too close and too small. I feel like I did not do as well here as I should have.
