The handles do look different than the one on my B11. Unless I am looking at the pics wrong it looks like they deleted the jimping box right before the guard.

The B11 has the old Basic grip, which they do not have dies for anymore--

BASIC 11

Once these BASIC handles are gone. . . THEY ARE PERMANENTLY GONE!!!! . . . . . We no longer have the dies to make more handles as they were ground out in order to make the Swamp Rat handles and now the Scrap Yard handles. . . . The handle dies are GONE!

So apparently the new handles are made using the same molds SY uses on their larger knives like the Dogfather. It's a little bigger, thicker handle overall than on the original Basics.

B4 thickness? At least two of us quickly mic'd one copy. Came out 0.17" +/- 0.01". Definitely thinner than the others, which are about 0.24".

Seems to me, as a user, B8 would be an equally capable, and less expensive alternative to NMSNO.

I don't think this new offerings will reduce prices for the original Basic line (well, maybe for B3).

Everyone should be excited. This is going to be a good year. I am excited about them all. B4 might be one of the best. Anyone who wished for a DFLE in INFI, your wish was granted with the B10. I am going to abuse that knife.

If you bought a desert sand/tan micarta gladius and boss jack then you got a same color schemed bwm for a very nice discounted price.

I thought I was immune to the Busse madness everyone here seems to “suffer” from, but after reading your posts about B9 I couldn't resist and got me one, even though I need another knife as much as I need another hole in my head.

Hard to go wrong with the B 9. One of my favorites since they came out. Always kicked my self for not getting at least 1 B 7 also...now i can fix that with a B 8!

I have no idea what the original price on the euro releases are, I've only seen them referenced a few times since I've been on these forums (2003)
