New Buck Web specials

Anyone order one of the elk 309s. Here is the one I got. 300Bucks/ch

I can find no fault, this pic is of a pretty darn nice knife.

This side could look a little better, it just seems now-days on antler or horn you get one good side and one less good side. If your lucky the good one is on the front. I think I can improve this a little with some brown dye and a very fine artists sable hair brush.....

Did that knife come with a sheath? That may be all I need to push me over the edge.

According to the Web Special listing it doesn't come with a sheath and I don't see that sheath offered on Bucks website. Either a custom or older Buck offering would be my guess. It's pretty snazzy though. Would like one of those myself!
 
Maybe a rock, piece of wood or some artifact but not a sheath . It came with knife....thick brown leather....wish now I would have got two one to keep and one to carry......300

Dang, that is excellent! Wish they'd mention that on the site. I'm rethinking this one now, big time.
 
A peak at my web specials. The orange Bucklite 422 is missing. It should be here Wednesday.

There isn't much to dislike in any of these. Just need to figure out to whom I want to gift the 110s. Then again, why not just keep 'em all!

Sweet! Mine are sitting about 2 miles away at the UPS hub, for delivery tomorrow.

One of the downsides to having a hub right hear in my town, is knowing a package is that close, but having to wait!!! :)
 
Just noticed the sheath for the 118 has 105 on the back. I found that interesting. Is this considered normal?
 
I guess that's normal.

They probably haven't had any 118 sheaths for years.

You see a lot of 118 sheaths on the Bay if you are so inclined.

Wow, some of them are hitting the Bay and at vastly inflated prices.:eek:

Time will tell if they sell for the starting bids or better.
 
I hate when guys grab up these deals just to sell them on EBAY.....Some of the true collectors here missed out on a few due to the resellers buying them out. My delivery is due to arrive today, and if I truly like what I ordered, I can not order more of most of them as they are now sold out. I bought three and two of the ones I hope I like based on this fact.
