Awww Man, that looks sweet... Gives it character and makes it different from everybody else's... I'd keep it if it were mine.

They only used Beaver Falls and Dollar Knives for these. Think of it as their Tidioute, while S&M is their Northfield.I'm not really fond of them making a bunch of knives in the same model, all with similar finishes, and then slapping several different brand names on them.
The ones that dropped tonight did have a rounded edge on the covers, interestingly enough. Cooper confirmed on their Instagram page that they updated them a bit. I tried to show it in the images I posted a few posts back, but you have to look closely.I'd prefer a more rounded, radiused finish to many of these handles. A lot of people do like the flat look though.
I’m happy with the two I’ve got but I did log on just to see what dropped. Was all gone in less than 4-5 minutes, almost like a GEC drop if I dare to say so.Anyone get a Cooper tonight?
Yes, was fortunate enough to get the ebony with abalone shield.Anyone get a Cooper tonight?
I’m really liking what the Coopers are doing and will continue to support them. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in their latest batch of knives compared to the first run. I believe they can get to GEC level quality. We had an ebony/mammoth jack at our table at the rendezvous. Bill Howard came over and examined it closely. He didn’t have any comments about the knife, but he told Gilbert Cooper in his office a few years ago that he thinks they will be successful. The ones that dropped tonight did have a rounded edge on the covers, interestingly enough. They also offered several Beaver Falls models with no etch, another often requested feature. I really have to hand it to them for listening to their buyers.
