What in the actual flabbergast indeed. Totally ridiculous knife. But Cold Steel has long had a soft spot for mall ninjas, and this definitely continues the tradition! 🤣

I'd rather have Cold Steel being innovative rather than bring back knives from the past

They are doing both. The Mayhem, for example, looks like a stroke of genius, and it is GSM era. The Recon 1 XL is a classic, and they brought it back. I don't see how one could have a problem with all this.

When Cold Steel was sold to GSM a few years ago, and I heard some of the customer service stories, I was very hesitant, and basically went on a Cold Steel buying freeze, but after watching the Knife Junkie podcast with Stickman, my misgivings have essentially evaporated. I used to think the name "stickman" was so stupid, but now that I know how that started, I actually think it's great.
