I was in the same boat, but this thread convinced me to order a single blade green micarta one earlier today. Should be great for the office.

My dual-blade Rotten Banana Bone arrived yesterday. They did a stellar job with the covers. Rotten enough to make banana bread, but not so rotten that you couldn't eat it with your oatmeal:
