It looks like a square-bolstered serpentine pattern, and I suspect it is 4" long.
I am having Photobucket problems so cannot post pictures, hopefully temporarily!! Would someone be so kind as to bring in the pics of the setup knife from the website??

This pattern bodes well for knifery! Looks like the first one will be a single-spring Muskrat! Can a Stockman be far behind??

Wow, I cant wait to see all the variations of this pattern! I am hoping for a double end jack with a clip and pen/wharncliffe/sheepsfoot/I'll even take a spey blade!

Oh ya, this looks like it will be a great frame :D. I hope they do some variation on this frame to achieve what they did with the 53 stockman. Getting the nicks on the same side for the sheepsfoot and main, keeping that sheepsfoot as low as possible and packing as much of a main blade into it as possible. Can not wait to see these rolling down the line between this, the pemberton, houndstooth and so on... GEC is off to an amazing start this year  Seems like this is a great time to be a GEC fan, or fan of finely made slipjoints in general.

Single spring muskrat from GEC? Make me a Hawbaker, and I'll be all over it like white on rice!

Thanks for handling the picture duties, confucius!
You are wise in the ways of snagging pics!!:D

And I agree with all remarks so far! I want a few iterations of that pattern!!
Can't wait!!

This is great. I love square-ended muskrats of usable size. The 3.5" muskrat they made previously (Furtaker-Trapper?...horrible name by the way) was a no go for me.
This new one will be highly anticipated.

I think the #66 Mink Skinner is what you're talking about, Corey. Something about it just looks a little "off" to me. Maybe it's just the proportions of width to length.

I'm definitely interested to see what GEC does with this pattern. A single spring double end jack with a punch secondary would be pretty sweet.

Single spring sure looks good, hope they end up with flush joints or at least semi flush. Kinda hard to tell from the early rendition.

I think I am one of the few around here who are not that excited for a larger square-bolstered serpentine frame, but it was inevitable that GEC release one and I am sure they will do a bang-up job.

looks like they finally finished one, it great to see GEC doing some nice square bolsters:

looking at image number 64, the knife is cutting up a piece of paper with another knife design on it, I don't recognize the knife, but it looks like it has a large wharncliffe and a barlow shaped frame. Does anyone recognize this? or are they teasing us with a new model?
