I would go for the peachseed bone. I know what you mean about the hot dog shield. Even a Case type oval. I don't know how they cut the bar shields in the olden days. Must have had square end mills lol.

I would love to see either this or the #82 stockman in their standard stainless offering, 440C with elk stag covers.

Brett's idea of the slanted peachseed jigged bone is great as well, in a light caramel color like the old Schrades.
